I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) providing psychotherapy to individual adults, couples and groups.
As a clinician, I prioritize collaboration, curiosity and inclusion. My treatment approach emphasizes a strong therapeutic relationship centered on your experiences and goals.
I incorporate evidenced-based approaches into treatment that aligns with your needs -- including cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychodynamic, relational and solutions-focused methods. In addition to my private practice, I am a staff member in the Department of Psychiatry at a Boston hospital.

Fees and insurance
Fees and insurance: I see clients as either an out-of-network provider or through self-pay. I accept payment by credit card, HSA/FSA or cash at the time of service.
Initial phone consultation (15 minutes): Free
Individual therapy intake/initial appointment (60 minutes): $190
Individual therapy follow-up appointments (45 minutes): $175
Out-of-network reimbursement: If you have a PPO insurance plan, you may be able to obtain partial reimbursement from your insurer for my services. I can provide you with a receipt upon request that contains all the necessary information for reimbursement, which you can submit to your insurer. If interested in this option, it is best to call your insurance company prior to the first visit, to verify whether you have out-of-network benefits and what the reimbursement rates will be. They may ask you for the billing (“CPT”) codes that I will be charging. These include 90791 (psychological diagnostic interview without medical services/intake interview) and 90834 (individual psychotherapy, 45 minutes).
Good Faith Estimate notice: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
